Cancellation and Refunds

To cancel a subscription, an email request must be submitted in writing to support@investinglab.com stating your request to cancel and the name of the service you wish to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rebill date.  A cancellation pursuant to the above policy only ensures no future rebills as of the date of your cancellation request.

Monthly, quarterly (3 month), and annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.  However, there are no refunds or prorated refunds for any subscription plans.  All payments are non-refundable.  The services will remain available for the billing period that was paid for prior to the cancellation request.

As previously stated, all payments are non-refundable.  Any attempt to charge back a product or service with your merchant provider or bank voids any refund policy or promotional agreement due to the time and opportunity costs associated with dealing with the merchant processor. Canceling a service before the refund period also voids this policy and there are no refunds.
